買學區房受騙，怎麽辦？

買房子時listing上是top school,而且我們的經紀人還專門寫了一封信給賣方說我們為了給三個小孩上好的學校非常想買他們的房子。結果搬進來後帶孩子去那所學校去注冊，人家說我們屬於兩分鍾路程以外的另外一個不咋樣的學校。立刻傻眼了。怎麽辦呀，第一次買房子，其他都很小心，沒想到最重要的一點卻給搞砸了，不然不會買這個房子，也不會出這麽高的價。這房子還不錯，就是這下三個孩子上私校的錢到哪兒去弄呀。

請問這種情況我們有什麽補救辦法？多謝!
