如果你覺得值得，去打官司吧

關鍵是你的案子過不了smell test。任何人都知道應該去查school boundary。你說了半天孩子的學校那麽重要，結果自己沒有去核對一下。這樣法官也覺得不可信。而且學區好壞是個相對價值，你寫信去說孩子要好學區，人家可以說這兩個學校都＂不錯＂，人家不知道你要什麽。

當然，如果你不打官司，什麽也拿不到，打官司，說不定能拿點東西。官司打起來，你有權利向對方索取證據，看對方如何得出房子在好學區這個結論。拿到證據後你的律師可以告訴你拿賠償(damage)或者退房子(rescission of contract)的可能性。除非你有鐵板證據，一般你就是拿點賠償了事。
