81還是大於70

法律上你不能超過限速，哪怕超車也不能。即使 你能夠證明當地的限速是70而不是65，你仍然超速11mph，仍然是要吃罰。

master trooper 在印州是15年警齡以上的州警，不知道你們當地用unmarked car逮超速的多不多，我想大概是合法的。人家可以把警車藏在路邊樹林裏抓超速，為什麽不能用unmarked car。以前聽新聞裏有的司機抱怨說她很怕被搶劫，如果unmarked car讓他停，他肯定要踩足油門跑。除此顧慮外，好像沒有聽說不能用unmarked car。
