請教及討論趙燕案

趙燕案最近鬧的滿城風雨。今天看文學城首頁新聞，講她已低調回國。大家覺得就這麽索賠5百萬合理嗎，更直接的講拿得到嗎？

我看過她剛出院的檔案照。沒有殘疾，沒有毀容。律師說賠的是“精神損失”。這怎麽說呢？作為納稅人看到自己繳的稅用來付這樣的高額索賠，心裏也不好過。
