mutual release agreement是對方先簽字然後寄給我的,現在突然又說:This is your official notice that the Mutual Release sent to you on 6/12/2012 has been withdrawn. The sellers are no longer willing to give you back your EMD. If the buyers do not perform, and close this transaction per your contract, the sellers will exercise their options, per the contract.很納悶,這樣就可以取消合同了?那我們簽合同還有什麽意義啊!
