請教老貓

請問。由於我和丈夫年紀都上了六十，我們這個現住房時是我付清的。我當初把他的名字加在了房契上。我們準備做一個遺屬如下：如果我走在前,房子歸我的女兒和他共有，女兒無權賣掉這個房子在他的有生之年。在他走後這個房子就全歸我女兒且這是最終遺不能更改。

我們這樣做目的有二個，一是，保證他在我走後他能繼續住在這個房子。二是因為他有兩兒子，怕我走在前不能保證女兒的利益。不知這在法律上可行嗎？並請教注意事項.
