利率鎖定文件Rate Lock Agreement？還有你的身份是什麽， H-1B？工作中間是否有間斷?

從去年10月到11月中， 貸款公司都非常忙，那時開始的貸款， 動作稍微慢一點，
就有可能最後拿不到最低利率
