The mortgage banker is not a simple broker, but also a direct lender. I have H1 visa. The locked rate was 4.125%, but for some unknow reasons, the banker might miss to get that good deal. They won't shoulder the loss they caused, so after 4 months they simply found excuses to disqualify our application.The banker is in Los Angeles.
