簽了lease，就不能拍拍屁股就走。你總需要和對方解決了問題再走。 你這個事情，還不到說對方人品如何的地步。

你自己說已經提前解約了，對方說還沒有解約。你有證據已經解約了嗎？ 據你所述，就是moving out notice也是在房東的建議下剛剛發出。notice發過，如果lease裏麵有條款處理early termination，就按照規定處理； 如果沒有條款，按照當地法律或規定處理。或者你以為自己推薦了新房客了，自己責任就完了，那你錯了。
