小女子5月份才從大學畢業，獨自去外州求學居然遇到這種事情，現在心裏非常難過和焦慮，希望得到大家幫助。
事情是這樣的：
我這個學期準備去佐州某大學讀研，於是在離學校不遠處租了一間房子（house裏的一間，價格位置都非常好），可是住了不到一個月之後，忽然有變動需要馬上relocate。我就和housemate說了，她們表示很支持，我於是也沒有戒備，馬上搬家到了wisconsin，並且找了很多人replace我。可是其中有一個housemate，總是以種種原因拒絕，讓我有了可能她想敲詐我錢財的感覺。（她告了她前landlord，告了前roommate，告了professor，告了表姐，我一直有預感她是靠這個賺錢的）
於是谘詢了房東之後（房東一開始不想管）房東叫我給她寫一封official move out notice
我發了，一天之後收到email
Hello xxx,（這個信裏麵對於他們不知道我要搬走的描述是謊話，他們是為了出庭的時候搜集證據才這麽寫的。8月底他們還在我不知道的時候帶人進我屋子賣我家具。而我八月的房租是交了的）
After being here for a week, you told us you needed to visit xxx and University of xxx.
We did not understand since you have already been accepted into Ga. Tech.
You signed the lease after reading it. Under the rules of the lease number 5 and 20, it states what your responsibilities are as a tenant. You do not move out and then send a vacating notice, leaving us bewildered.
Furthermore, you are responsible for 11 months of rent.
I discussed this with Mr. xxx.
We will be sending this request to the small claims court and all legal fees will be attached to this claim.
We will request this default be placed on your credit bureau for 7 years.

合約上寫著sublease需要得到房東書麵同意，否則房東有權解約。一開始landlord不大願意管，現在我感覺他會站在室友一邊
唉，真的很難過。都怪我沒有處世經驗，被奸人騙了。希望能早點結束這個事件，我也好專心上學。
