謝謝！我選的是“rental real estate property",不對麽？

我查了買的那年，refi，和去年，都有折舊。也讓我填了買價地價這些數字，可最後就是沒有折舊這一項顯示出來。

我琢磨可能是因為選了QBI safe harbor，在rental income那部分有略多於20%的抵免。那麽不再適用於investment property.

不知我的想法對不對。
