孩子， 快上大學了，有一些餘錢想投資，沒有太多時間和精力， 當然經驗也有限， 如何投資好？

要求， 希望需要用的時候能夠取得出來？比如買房子的時候。還有， 稅務方麵如何考慮為好？ 開什麽賬戶比較好。
