Just think it through: in the senario discribed above, the ordinary folks, the working class currently underwater with their houses/mortgages, the ones struggling, will benefit the most, and will be laughing their way to the banks.
Can it be true? If it sounds too good to be true, then it is most likely not true. Pipe dream I'd say.
The strugglers will be stripped bare before the debts get wiped clean. It will be for the benefit of the few, not the many.
