This is why I am concerned and want to get out of this fund

But my 401k does not have the option to choose QQQ or VOO, we have very limited choices. So I am thinking to rollover to rollover 401k. But the broker has to sell the fund first in order to rollover. I have concern that they may sell it at very low proice, given the stock market is swinging up and down so badly these days. So I am hoping to move this fund to a stable fund myself when the price is good. Then apply for rollover. This way, I do not have to worry about the big price change during the rollover process. But it is hard to catch the moment. Plus, this fund cannot be sold at my chosen time and price, has to wait until end of day, this is another challenging part
