Thanks a lot. I worked in a small company and making low salary. I spent USD 10k already in maintaining the status and greencard (first H-1b plus attorney fee, first company job ad on LA times;H-1b transfer plus attorney fee, H-1b transfer got denied so refile it plus attorney fee, second company job ad on LA times....) There is one thing I have to tell everyone here. I hate attorneys. Especially Chinese attorneys.
But thanks for telling me. I am on my 4th month of my first 3 years h-1b now. The only good thing of my company is that my company will sign anything to sponsor my greencard except asking for a raise. If it's really true as what that attorney mentioned, I might have to refile my RIR again if my case can be approved in 2 weeks, like he said. But I have to spend more money for attorney fee and advertisement.
I filed my RIR at 03/2004 in California. I don't know how long until my case can be processed.
Anyway, I hope your case can be processed soon. We are in the same boat?
Thanks.
Thank you so much
