I am confusing about one thing. How do you judge that 03/2004 case will be processed in 2.5 years? I talked with the SWA office in Sacramento often. They told me they will transfer my case to Dallas. The last case they processed is 02/2004 (they transfered the case to Fed level). Do you think the Federal level will also pass the cases to Dallas? Like from San Francisco, Chicago or other western fed level offices? If that's the case, I agree with you. Otherwise, I think our cases should be processed in this year. Do you think so?

Plus, we should not mix the RIR case with Regular LC. Yes, there are a lot of Regular dated 2001 now. But they have to do the Ad with the notification. The ad process will take 6 months. My guess is RIR should be lined up together and so do the Regulars. Do you think so?
