Continue from my previous email: I just find out at the last page of the benefit request, the applicant, it has my name, instead of my mom.

I think it should be my mom's name.

In the letter, uscis requires "Your benefit request must be printed, signed with your correct full name, and all pages must be uploaded into USCIS ELIS".

so, I need to print this out, cross out my name and ask my mom to sign it, and uploaded into USCIS ELIS?
