one question about B2 appliction for mom

I used USCIS ELIS to prepare my mom B2 application extension. All documents are submitted electrically.

Today, USCIS send a RFE, saying "Applicant Signature" is needed. They also tell mom to upload all documents online.

 

Where does my mom to sign? I just log into USCIS ELSI and I cannot find it. Thanks a lot for your help.
