8 Master:

Holding J1 visa now and having 7 months left. Try to get the 2-yr HRR waivered. However, I got the postdoc fellowship from NIH but hosted by Yale University (the fund was awarded to me but I got pay from Yale University). I saw some posts saying that like my situation I can't get waivered because the I am financed by NIH government. Is that true? What can I do for the waiver?

-I think you are qualifed for the J-1 waiver.
