8 master: Here is the letter from my university IO:
Because you are named on an NIH letter as receiving funds from them it is
unlikely that you will have a favorable Advisory Opinion from the State
Department, they will most likely say that you are subject to 212.e Because you
are subject due to NIH funding, you may not be eligible for a No Objection
waiver from the Chinese government. As we discussed an Interested Gov Waiver is
difficult, takes about 2 years, and only about 7-10% are approved.
Is that true by what my IO said?
