8 teacher, please help!!
Our cases with PD 09/2007 and RD 11/2011were in NSC
Today I got email saying our 485 cases have been transferred to another office. I am upset why they have to transferred:
1. My finger prints have to be taken twice. Is it possible the 2nd time FP also didn’t get passed so cases were transferred to the local office to have FP retaken?
-The case transfer is irrelevant to your case transfer. It is normal for USCIS to transfer cases between the Service Centers due to some kind of reasons.
2. One of my family members with H4 visa occasionally did some labor work and have some checks deposited in the bank. Does FBI also check your bank account to find out working illegally?
-USCIS will check it from IRS and if the H4 holder works illegally for 180 days or more since his/her last entry to US, the I-485 probably will be denied.
3. One of the I-94 was missing when we submitted 485, does it matter?
-If you have other evidences to prove your legal status, it may be fine. Wait to see whether you get the RFE from USCIS.
4. What kind of the interview questions they will ask if we need to be present for interview in a local office?
-Normally there are very few cases of EB category subjected interview. If have, the question should not be complicate.
