像上麵的第二點,我們也給還是學生的孩子戶口裏存現金另用錢,會被當成是工作所得嗎?

-孩子戶口裏存現金 is irrelevant to the illegal work. When you work, your employer will send your income information (e.g. W2, 1099 form) to IRS if the employer has your SSN# or Tax ID#, and then, USCIS will check your employer record from IRS when they process your I-485 and if they question your work legal or illegal, they will ask you to provide your legal work documents such as H1 approval, EAD, etc. If you can not prove it, and you work illegally for > 180 days, they will deny your I-485. 

因為孩子的485也被轉到另一個Office審理了,說另一Office對案子有管轄權.我們孩子沒工作.著急

-As long as your child did not work illegally for > 180 days, worry about nothing.
