485 denial, Where I go?

I just got an I485 denial notice from the INS with no explanation. No appeal is allowed. My wife also has I485 pending, but she did not get any notice yet. I feel very sad. Thus means I am out of status now. where should I go? Is there any way to keep me staying here? My kid is still young. My family needs me to stay here to take care of. If I select to stay here, is there any effect on the immigration process of my wife and my kid? Their cases are still pending.
