1. your case is very strange
2. at least they need give you the reason. it is part of the information for a denial letter. some times the reason is in the form of code number like 214(b)
3. if you can share the time line of your case, also, I140, 130 or other based
4. you are main petitioner or you are derivative case of your wife's 485 case
