黨員團員一樣性質嗎

和律師提了一下團員的問題，說我不是黨員，感覺律師建議的填寫和處理方式和網上看到的黨員的處理方式一樣，在是否GCD及附屬組織成員中要選yes，要附說明信什麽的。這樣處理對嗎？難道隻要一個說明信就什麽都夠了？萬一要補什麽材料的，我啥文件都找不到了，團證啥的都不知扔哪裏去了，那不死定了？求解..謝謝謝謝謝謝了
