I do not agree that your lawyer say "Yes" in the question "Have you ever been a member of, or in any way affiliated with, the Communist Party or any other totalitarian party?". This answer is ridiculous because Chinese Youth League is different from the Chinese Communist Party, and it is not affiliated with the Chinese Communist party either.
