Pjiang, please help, URGENT!!!!!!!

I was told that it will take 52 days to get prevailing wage from DOL, and that the state office does not handle this any longer. Then my case can be filed.

My visa was accidentally stopped by the company. Regardless of their efforts to retrieve the paper, my visa was inactive now.

I was told to go back to China immediately, since I have no visa supporting me as of now, and to apply visa whenever they file the case and get an approval.

What shall I do now???

Even if I apply another visa through my friend's company, it will not go through due to the same reason.

Shall I apply the F-1 visa instead???


I am so desperate..............Thanks a lot!
