But why they said there will be a two and half months wait for the DOL to determine the prevailing wage??
-This kind of information is out of date. USCIS has improved the system. You can get teh previal wage determination immediately online and file LCA online also. The LCA application may take one to two weeks to be approved.

Is this a new rule???
