I was told that it will take 52 days to get prevailing wage
-You can get the prevail wage deternimation immediately from the online database for LCA for H1 petition.

from DOL, and that the state office does not handle this any longer. Then my case can be filed.

My visa was accidentally stopped by the company. Regardless of their efforts to retrieve the paper, my visa was inactive now.
-If your current I-94 is still valid, your employer can file the H1 extension or H1 transfer (new employer) for you.

I was told to go back to China immediately, since I have no visa supporting me as of now, and to apply visa whenever they file the case and get an approval.

What shall I do now???

Even if I apply another visa through my friend's company, it will not go through due to the same reason.
