醫生說我目前不能回中國，這怎麽辦呢？請863211或pjiang老師幫助

自從1月5日知道原學校沒有按時寄送我的H1延期申請後，雖然盡了最大努力和我的學校以及lg的學校聯係，但都沒有結果。原學校最終因為我的老板不願意按照基金要求支付工資而不進行延期了，而我lg的學校因為我的“out of status”狀態，堅持不發給2019表，盡管所有律師都說即使申請失敗，對學校沒有任何傷害，而且在這麽短的gap內非常有可能批準。

現在我非常想知道：
1，如果我自己遞交除2019表外的所有材料申J2，如果移民局要求補交，說明不能補交理由，又沒有可能被批準？

2.學校讓我去申B2，如果被移民局deny的話，我是不是無論如何要在30天內離境（盡管那時可能臨近預產期）

3.我和lg本打算立即回國簽證，已經開始訂機票和預約，但我的醫生堅決認為我現在的情況不能乘坐這麽長途的飛機，並出具證明說我現在不能回中國去簽證。這樣我就隻好等孩子生完再走，一切順利的話，我可以在I-94過期120天左右回國，但是過期這麽久，我還有可能再拿到J2簽證嗎？

4.當我身體狀況可以回中國簽證是，如果孩子和lg還在美國，對簽證有利還是有害呢？會增加移民傾向嗎？

4.還有律師建議我立即去加拿大簽證，但我已經沒有有效i-94，能不能拿到進入加拿大的加國簽證？如果我被check是不是不能返回美國，當然如果被拒，隻能從加返中國了是嗎？
