可是，那時侯我的滯留就超過180天了，即使回國簽證也不行了，
-After you file B2 application, your unlawful presence stops and is not counted during the B2 pending. If it is approve, you have no problem at all. If it is denied, your unlawful presence start to count again. So, you only have unlawful prsence about ten days now until your B2 is denied (if any).

而且中間會不會有警察來呢？
