回複：再請問遞B2會產生的兩種後果

1. 因為遞交B2申請，移民局會知道我已經非法居留，通常會不會強製離境？

這將對我和即將出世的孩子造成嚴重後果，非常擔心。

2.遞交B2被拒，在我申請J2時，會使簽證官認為我有強烈移民傾向呢，還是會認為我是想合法在美國居住呢？
-It is irrelevant. Just as PiJiang said, your Dr.'s certification letter that your health can not allow you for the long distance travel is the powerful reason to justify that you overstay in U.S., after b2 extension is denied, if nay. So, you should hav enot any problem to get the visa after you deviler the baby as long as you leave US within 180 days after your B2 paalication is denied.
So, file the B2 application as soon as possible.
