請問皮大師，你的博文這一段什麽時候可以使用？

如果居民組辦事處或者派出所，給我開了個《證明》（比如祖父母名字），我可以按你的下麵的辦法處理嗎？如果不行，你的這個方法什麽時候可以使用？

[申請人提供的支持文件，如果不是英文，必須附上英文譯本。
譯件不是必須由什麽翻譯公司來弄，任何 qualified 的個人 (including yourself) 都可以。在翻譯之後，譯者隻需簽署一份聲明即可：
