我2005年已經遞交了485， 現在再出去激活H4, 是不是已經晚了？除非我簽證回來後withdraw485然後重新遞交？
-Never too late. You absolutely need to get an H4 visa to come back again to fix the problem. Thus, if your I-485 is denied, you still can be qualified to file a new one.

另外，我曾經2006年去加拿大landing後用H4 valid I－94入境美國，這個不會對以前的身份違例有幫助吧？（因為並沒有簽證）.
