日後如果deny, 我再file。 如果我老公的批了，我follow-to-join,排期是按當年NIW 140遞交的日子，還是重新file的日子？

我現在的h4 approval notice上有效期還有兩年。如果我老公485批了，我的拒了，我還有legal身份嗎？
