我已經決定出境簽h4了，你之前提到不要回中國簽，是為啥啊？H4應該不會拒簽吧。
-Originally I just thought your had no valid H4 status now, so if you go to China, your current I-485 will be affected. But now I think you can go to China to get your H4 visa too if you want to.

如果我已經提交的485批了，我之前的h4違例不會還有什麽不良影響吧？我的意思是拿到綠卡以後，移民局不會後來又秋後算帳，發現身份違例取消綠卡吧？
-No, after USCIS issue you the green card, they usually do not check your working with H4 status from IRS anymore. So, do not worry about that.
