多謝不厭其煩的863211。我們當時交485的時候

並沒有一起把有self employee的稅表付上，現在擔心的就是如果以後RFE要的話，會出問題。但是一般RFE要稅表的話，也是隻要最近3年是嗎？如果這樣，04年的就隔過去了。

你覺得這種情況下，我值得withdraw嗎？withdraw了再申請，如果期間我老公的485批了，我也得重新申請親屬移民了嗎？我怕這樣反而又弄巧成拙了。

如果我的485deny, 我老公的批了，我就得申請親屬移民是嗎？那就得等N年是嗎？
