快幫幫忙吧，J-2得到Admission 卻不能上學

本人J-2 簽證，費了好大的勁兒才申請到了學校。我老公的Waiver 還要兩個月才能拿到。學校international office 說新規定不能用J-2 注冊，即使拿到BCIS的換簽證的Receit也不行，必須要拿到新的I-797， 這可怎麽辦？
