求助！ 1-485 被拒 和 file I-824 的相關問題 謝謝

大家好，

我和太太於2005年8月同時遞交140 和 485 的申請。我是主申請人 （EB2）。 我的PD是 05/XX/2005。

我的140 和 485 分別 於2005 的 12 月和 2007的11月獲得批準。

我太太的485 於2008 年2月20 號被拒。理由是她 曾經有 out of status 記錄。

我想請問大家如下幾個問題：

1) 如果太太現在回國， 我是否可以 file I-824？
2）如果可以，我們都需要準備那些相關材料？
3）I-824 批準後， 她在美國駐中國領館申請移民簽證時，是否會因為她曾在美國申請485 被拒而受到影響？
4）整個申請過程大約需要多長時間？
5）申請是否要受到目前排期的影響？
