485 RFE J-1豁免(加拿大公民), 請Pjiang, 小白兔等大俠幫忙

剛收到485-RFE, 其中要J-1豁免, 很奇怪. 加拿大公民, 做POSTDOC時, 先TN, 後J-1, 最後H-1B. 2004年用H-1B轉到公司工作,140(EB1B)已批,實在不明白這個RFE. 公司的律師非常不專業, 請各位大俠指條明路. 拜個早年!
