looks your case is easy if you are canadian right before the j, please contact Canada Embassy in DC to get no objection letter. Let me know if you have any question.

My case is in J1 while i am still chinese and then become cadadian late so that chinese Embassy does not want write No Objection letter, even any leeter. I am here look for help too. Thanks in advance
