請見上麵舊貼。花了些時間做作業，仍然一頭霧水。還是對pjiang的回答持保留意見。核心問題是：在full-time h1B已經六年期滿提出延期（基於approved 140 and pending 485）的情況下，同時持有的part-time h1b（理論上講此時也應期滿）能否延？怎麽延？法律基礎是什麽？再次提出來請教白兔、radio、txkitty以及其他高人。謝謝。
