background: I'm now in my 2nd year H-1, 10/1/2005 - 9/30/2008

If I transfer H-1 today, do I get new H-1 from 9/12/2007-9/11/2010?
--transfer you get to 9/30/2008
--new apply you get up to 9/11/2010

If I apply a second full time H-1 today, do I get 2nd H-1
from 9/12/2007-9/11/2010?
--first is full time, it is hardly get second full time H1, once apply new full time H1 and start, the first full time H1 will be thought invalid.

If I apply a second part time H-1 today, do I get 2nd H-1 from 9/12/2007-9/11/2010?
--if you not new apply full time H1, that will be end on 9/30/2008, I guess you will got 2nd part time H1 up to 9/30/2008, not 9/11/2010.
