的計算part time需要服從full time,
---it makes perfect sense to me.

如果獲準full time 7th年H1,就可能7th年part time H1. 如果沒有同時申請或者沒有申請full time, 一般不可能獲準7th年part time H1.
---就具體程序而言，我想即使是同時要求延兩份h1b，申請大概也要分別填表操作。problem is, i searched up and down, but could not find any legal stuff to support this.
