TAX RETURN,W2及PAY STUB不管你有沒有家庭成員跟你一快申請485,這些都會要你交.
EB類的PAY STUBS是ALWAYS要求要的,因為EMPLOYMENT LETTER並不能代表什麽,很多老印的中介公司,你要多少EMPLOYMENT LETTER他們都可提供, 但要他們提供PAYSTUBS,如果他們沒有實際的工作,要提供起來就很難, 因為涉及到交稅問題.
