請教Xiaobaitu等大俠, should I file WOM?

Really need your advise:
485 is pending. My PD is current, and name check is also cleared.

I called USCIS customer service and put in a referral about two months ago, so far I didn't get any feedback.

Because my employment is on big risk recently, and I really hope I can get the card ASAP. Do you think it is worth to file a WOM to speed up the process?
