He/she will tell you if he/she wants to help you or wants to fight against you.

Most of the time they would favor you. After filing WOM and got the certified mail receipt of summon delivery, I called the local US Attorney right away and asked him about his opinion on the case. He was very straightforward and told me he would ask FBI and USCIS to give me what I wanted. 3 weeks later I received the Green Card.

If US Attorney tells you he would fight against you, you still have a chance to withdraw your WOM case before seeing the judge.
