Why not?

If you lose your job, you have bigger chance to be screwed.

Set up a PACER account and check the WOM cases in your districct court. If they were favored by the judge and local US Attorney, file WOM ASAP.

Don't just sit there and wait for the axe!

What else can you lose if your district court favored WOM plaintiffs and you file WOM?
