paid much below the promised wage, an officer could be be suspicious of the job offer and transfer the case.The case may be finally approved if the offer is true but it may drag on very long. Also I did not say that it is an issue in 140. CIS officer offten requests tax return and W2 for the past two or three years during 485. These information can be used to verify LCA. If they found out the problem, the officer has every reason to suspect that this offer is not a genuine one either.
