uscis官網更新了，綠卡進程

問幾個問題：
1、現在情況下，開始動手準備140，自己準備3個月能搞定並遞交嗎？（推薦信沒有1封，隻有3－5個目標推薦人，需要擴充獨立推薦人）
2、如果找律師，能加快進程嗎？（手上有1－2封律師給的推薦信模板）
3、uscis上EB1 or已經到2005年9月了，好像比EA快，作為工業界的researcher是否走OR比較好？
4、如果140批了，大概要等多久才能申485？半年一年？還是3－5年？
5、如果140批了，在沒遞485的情況下，換工作還是要申請新的H1b對嗎？還是說隻有140的情況下，隻能窩在原地等485？已經批了的140應該不受影響吧？

本人在nebraska center，engineering，有paper，在業界一二的公司做R&D。剛工作，想自己找律師辦綠卡了，不想等到年底公司統一辦，大公司動作太慢。
